Retreat Details
Held at Liberty Arising in Boulevard, CA
~ a natural sanctuary & retreat center 1 hour east of San Diego~
This retreat is intended to re-prioritize our ability to love, feel, and connect Heart-to-Heart, through the experiencing of it all. Heart-work touches upon the most tender and powerful parts of our being. As women, our breasts are an extension of our hearts. They are life-giving and sensual, yet also cradle our stuck, achy emotions.
Throughout the weekend we will honor our hearts, and stir up that stagnation in expressive, restorative and liberating ways. Through dance, creativity, breath, self-massage, therapeutic connection practices, and guided somatic experiencing, we will return to the heart of our feminine bodies.
Through the last 20 years of dedicating myself to creating safe spaces for women, one of the most potent ingredients is simply coming together. I know in my womb, that being together, held in the container of the land, and amongst the facilitators I have gathered, that we are in good hands.
When women gather, the healing begins.
My heart is beating with excitement for what’s to unfold in this retreat. I truly hope you are called to be a part of it.

About the Location
Liberty Arising is a 165-acre property in the high desert founded to nurture the healing and transformation of all beings and preserve our essential connection to the natural world. 1 hour east of San Diego, nestled among ancient oak trees, beautiful boulder formations, caves, and a wide array of wildlife and flora, Liberty Rising is truly a vast sanctuary within arms reach of the city.
Part of the property is a community, where I have been living for the past year. The other part is where our retreat center resides. The Shala is the heart of the land, and a home for prayer, healing, inner work, and transformation. Liberty Arising is a project of The Church of Infinite Harmony, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
